1. How much storage do I get for email and web pages?

You can store 2 MB of email. You can have up to 20 web pages containing up to 5 MB of data in total.

2. How do I get more storage?

You just have to ask.... Seriously, if you need more storage, just send an email to manager@myfibrosite.com with a good enough reason and it shouldn't be a problem. Make sure to let us know if it's mail or web storage you need increased. Please note, "Just because" is NOT a good reason.

3. Can I create / upload my web pages?

You can either use our online tools to create your own web site, or use the file manager built into our software to upload your site if you already have one developed.

4. What about the banners on my pages?

As you can appreciate, there is a need to advertise our site, and being part of a banner exchange is one such way. We are hoping this is temporary. The more you help to get the word out about MyFibroSite.com the less we have to display for banners. Some banners have been paid for by advertisers, which helps to keep this site running, as the only means of income we have is by donation and advertising.

5. How do I remove the banners?

Banners are removed, at our discretion, from the profiles of users who donate funding to our organization which helps to keep our site online. If it is essential to have the banners removed from your profile, send an email to manager@myfibrosite.com and tell us your reason. Although we are very understanding at MyFibroSite.com, we reserve the right to determine whether or not your reason is appropriate. If this is a concern, please contact us with any questions you may have before signing up.
